Professionista americano con quasi 20 anni di esperienza nell’insegnamento, Lukas McNair ha impartito oltre 14.000 lezioni. Ha iniziato a insegnare golf nel 2006 ed è entrato a far parte del team di Hank Haney nel 2007, avviando una lunga collaborazione professionale con uno dei sistemi di insegnamento più riconosciuti nel golf.

Lukas ha lavorato direttamente con la Hank Haney Golf Academy dal 2007 al 2010 e nuovamente dal 2013 al 2016/2017, trascorrendo più di 500 ore direttamente con Hank Haney e oltre 1.500 ore con Steve Johnson, Direttore dell’Istruzione della Hank Haney Golf Academy. Lukas worked directly with the Hank Haney Golf Academy from 2007–2010 and again from 2013–2016/2017, spending more than 500 hours directly with Hank Haney and over 1,500 hours with Steve Johnson, Director of Instruction for the Hank Haney Golf Academy. He was also selected for an elite instructional team assisting Hank Haney at private golf clinics for Charles Schwab clients across the United States.

After moving to Italy, Lukas spent three and a half years as an instructor at Arzaga Golf / Arzaga Golf Club on Lake Garda. Today, his coaching focuses on clear communication, honest feedback, structured practice, and helping golfers of all levels make measurable progress.
